Pure Decadence and the Great Gatsby

A customer recently held a Roaring Twenties/Great Gatsby party and wanted a dinner napkin and cocktail napkin in the same vein. The idea was decadence, geometric lines, bold, gold and black. Something to place under a Manhattan, or bathtub gin martini, being Prohibition and all.

Using the 2013 movie poster for inspiration, they found a Paviot dinner and cocktail napkin that suited the mood perfectly.

The small golden dots on our black cosmos cocktail napkin contrast well with the straight Art Deco lines of the paired dinner napkin.

These two napkins are simply stunning, together or apart. The lustrous gold and luxurious black create an air of importance, Gatsby himself would surely have had these napkins on his table.
