If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of the product ship date. All returned items must be unopened and in saleable condition. Upon receipt of the returned goods, a store credit voucher will be issued for the amount of the return. All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain your RMA number, please send your name, invoice number and the reason for your return to email@example.com. Once your RMA number is issued, your return must be received within 15 days. We recommend that all returns be sent through a traceable parcel or courier service as we cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
