Most in-stock products ship within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in Canada.

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping for standard delivery to most everywhere within the Contiguous United States and Canada on orders greater than $89.99. For orders less than $89.99 we charge a FLAT shipping rate of $14.99 to most areas within Contiguous United States and Canada.

If you would like to ship using an express carrier, we recommend that you contact us prior to shipping so that we can provide you with a rate. Please note that some remote addresses and oversize products do not qualify for free or flat rate shipping and will be subject to additional charges.

We can virtually ship to address in the world. For customers outside the Contiguous United States and Canada, please contact us directly for a shipping quote prior to finalizing your order.

Please note, for orders from outside of Canada, all brokerage, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. All shipments originate from our warehouse within Canada

Standard Delivery Times to USA: 4-10 working days

If you require your napkins for a special event please check with us prior to ordering to confirm the delivery time.

What if I am not home to receive my package?

If the carrier attempts to make a delivery and no one is home, they may look for a safe place to leave your package, such as a milk box, porch, garage or security desk. Otherwise, they'll leave a delivery notice indicating where and when you can pick up your package - typically at your local postal outlet.

Address accuracy & changes

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Once an order is processing, we can’t guarantee changes or intercepts. If a carrier charges an address-correction or re-route fee, it will be billed to you.

Refused/undeliverable/return-to-sender

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect/incomplete address or unpaid duties/taxes, it may be returned to us by the carrier. Upon receipt and inspection:

  • We’ll issue a refund less all shipping fees incurred for both outbound and inbound/return freight (which can exceed original postage), and less any carrier surcharges we are billed.
  • Duties/taxes or brokerage collected by a carrier or U.S. Customs are non-refundable by TrendyTable. You may be able to request a remission directly from the carrier or CBP, subject to their policies.

Tracking Numbers

All orders are assigned a tracking number.  Once your order has been shipped, a Shipping Confirmation email will be sent to you. Upon receipt of the Shipping Confirmation email, you will be able to login to your account to view your tracking number.

U.S. Bound shipments | Duties, tariffs, taxes & customs

  • All import, tariffs and customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser (the U.S. “importer of record”). CBP may assess duties/taxes and can require the importer to bear inspection/clearance costs.
  • De minimis ended: As of Aug 29, 2025, the U.S. ended the duty-free de minimis exemption. Most U.S.-bound parcels—regardless of value—are now subject to duties/taxes and related fees.
  • Who pays/when: Carriers or postal operators may collect duties/taxes from the recipient at delivery, or require them to be prepaid before shipment. If a carrier requires TrendyTable to prepay on your behalf, we’ll either collect these at checkout (when available) or invoice you prior to shipping. If unpaid, your order will be held or cancelled.
  • Customs processing can add time. TrendyTable cannot control customs delays.
