Most in-stock products ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Canada.

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping for standard delivery to most everywhere within the Contiguous United States and Canada on orders greater than $89.99. For orders less than $89.99 we charge a FLAT shipping rate of $14.99 to most areas within Contiguous United States and Canada.

If you would like to ship using an express carrier, we recommend that you contact us prior to shipping so that we can provide you with a rate. Please note that some remote addresses and oversize products do not qualify for free or flat rate shipping and will be subject to additional charges.

We can virtually ship to address in the world. For customers outside the Contiguous United States and Canada, please contact us directly for a shipping quote prior to finalizing your order.

Please note, for orders from outside of Canada, all brokerage, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. All shipments originate from our warehouse within Canada. Generally, purchases less than $200 will not be charged import duties or brokerage fees when entering the United States. However, if any duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the United States are determined by U.S. Customs and Immigration and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Standard Delivery Times within Canada to most major centres: 2-9 working days

Standard Delivery Times to USA: 4-10 working days

What if I am not home to receive my package?

If the carrier attempts to make a delivery and no one is home, they may look for a safe place to leave your package, such as a milk box, porch, garage or security desk. Otherwise, they'll leave a delivery notice indicating where and when you can pick up your package - typically at your local postal outlet.

Tracking Numbers

All orders are assigned a tracking number.  Once your order has been shipped, a Shipping Confirmation email will be sent to you. Upon receipt of the Shipping Confirmation email, you will be able to login to your account to view your tracking number.
